About
Eight years ago, I began a journey that would change the way I see people—and the way I see life.
What began as an interest in coaching became, over time, a deep love for the work.
For me, coaching is about curiosity. About people. About what sits beneath the surface. About the stories we carry, the beliefs we hold, and the possibilities we sometimes stop seeing.
I have come to believe that we don’t experience life simply as it is. We experience it through the meaning we give it.
The story we hold about ourselves shapes how we show up, the choices we make, the relationships we create, and even what we believe is possible.
And sometimes, the story that once helped us navigate life is the very story that is now keeping us from moving forward.
That is where my curiosity begins.
What I Believe
People are inherently whole, resourceful and capable.
We don’t always need someone to give us the answers. Sometimes we need a space where we can slow down enough to hear our own.
- A space to question what we have always believed.
- To look at an experience from a different perspective.
- To notice the possibilities hiding behind the assumptions.
- And perhaps, to discover that we have more choice than we thought we did.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), my work is grounded in exploring the stories, beliefs and perspectives that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
How I Coach
Depth, warmth and curiosity.
I bring depth, warmth and curiosity into my conversations. I can go deep when the moment calls for it—and keep things light when that is what creates movement.
I listen for what is being said, what isn’t being said, and sometimes, what is waiting to be said.
I don’t see my role as giving you answers. I see it as creating the kind of conversation where your own answers become clearer.
Because there is something powerful about discovering an insight for yourself. It stays with you.
Vision & Mission
Why Wisdom Within exists
Vision
A world where people lead and live from who they truly are — not from the stories, expectations and conditioning that have shaped them.
Mission
We create the space for people to look within, see themselves more clearly, and reconnect with the wisdom that is already there — so they can choose how they want to lead, live and be.
Philosophy
Awareness, Choice, Being, Impact
We believe people are whole and resourceful. Often, what stands between them and their wisdom is not a lack of answers, but the stories, fears, assumptions and identities through which they’ve learned to see themselves and the world.
What Wisdom Within believes
- The person is whole. They don’t need to be fixed.
- The story is not the person. We often mistake the stories we carry for who we are.
- Awareness creates possibility. When we can see our patterns and assumptions, we have more choice.
- Being precedes doing. How we show up shapes what we create.
- Inner work has outer consequences. How we relate to ourselves shapes how we lead, work, and relate to others.
Gunjan draws on this philosophy alongside Narrative Coaching, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, NLP, and Art Therapy — always starting with the story someone is telling themselves, because that’s where change actually starts. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an EMCC Certified Coach (UK), and has coached clients across 53 countries over the past eight years.
Wisdom Within is not about becoming someone new. It is about seeing clearly enough to become more fully who you already are.
How Gunjan Works
Three things clients notice
I.
Questions over answers
Sessions are built around the one question that reframes the whole problem — asked at the right moment, then left to do its work. The realisation is always yours, which is why it actually sticks.
II.
Room for what you’re feeling
If emotion shows up in a session, it’s never rushed past. Gunjan makes space to acknowledge it and use it as a springboard, not a setback — then adjusts the conversation accordingly.
III.
Always something to act on
Reflection matters, but so does Monday morning. Every session ends with something concrete — a tool, a reframe, a next step — that you can actually use.
Eight Years On
Still fascinated by the human journey.
I am still fascinated by the human journey. By the courage it takes to question what we have always known. By the possibility that exists when we see ourselves differently.
And by those quiet moments in a coaching conversation when someone pauses and says: “I hadn’t looked at it that way before.”
Those moments are why I love this work.
Because sometimes, we don’t need a new life. We need a new way of seeing the life we already have.
And sometimes, that is where the next chapter begins.
