Coaching

Three Journeys. Three Ways of Coming Closer to Yourself.

Some of the names for this work come from songs that have stayed with me over the years — not because the songs describe coaching, but because certain words carry something deeper: a feeling, a question, a way of seeing ourselves. I’ve borrowed those familiar words and given them a meaning of their own here.

Coaching, for me, isn’t about telling you who you should become. It’s about creating the space to hear yourself more clearly — to notice the stories you carry, question what no longer serves you, reconnect with what matters, and make choices that feel more truly your own. Each offering below is a different doorway into that inner journey.

Your first step is free: a 30-minute online discovery call.

How Coaching Works

Thinking about coaching for the first time? You’re in the right place.

Coaching is a confidential, collaborative conversation focused on you — what matters to you, what you’re navigating, and what you want to understand or create differently.

Our coaching takes place online, so we can work together wherever you are. You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin.

Start with what’s bringing you here

You don’t need a perfectly defined goal. Perhaps something is changing. You feel stuck, stretched, uncertain or ready for something different. Or maybe you simply want to understand yourself better.

Bring whatever feels important to you.

  3. 03

Decide if Coaching Feels Right for You

If our conversation feels like a good fit, we’ll discuss what working together could look like. We’ll agree on the focus, practical arrangements and how we would work together.

  4. 04

    Begin Your Coaching Journey

Each session is a confidential space for you to pause, think and explore. You bring the topic that matters to you. I won’t tell you what you should do or give you ready-made solutions.

Instead, through questions, reflections and curiosity, we explore what you’re experiencing, what may be underneath it, and what you want to see differently.

  5. 05

    Turn Awareness Into Choice

As you begin to see yourself and your situation more clearly, you may discover new perspectives, possibilities and choices. The work isn’t about becoming someone else.

It is about becoming more aware of who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to show up.

  6. 06

Take the Work into Your Life

The real value of coaching happens beyond the session. You begin noticing your patterns, experimenting with new choices and bringing your learning into your relationships, work and everyday life.

  7. 07

    Review & Decide What’s Next

From time to time, we’ll pause and reflect on your journey:

    • What has shifted?
    • What are you seeing differently?
    • What matters now?

You may decide to continue exploring, focus on a new area, or bring the coaching journey to a close.

This Is Me

Executive Coaching

I believe leadership begins long before the strategy, the title or the next big decision. It begins with who you are being.

For me, leadership coaching is a space to slow down and look beneath what is happening at work — beneath the difficult conversation, the team dynamic, the career decision, the conflict or the pressure to perform. Because what we experience at work is shaped not only by what is happening around us, but also by the stories we carry, the meaning we make, the beliefs we hold and the patterns we have learned along the way.

My role is not to tell you how to lead. It is to create a space where you can think deeply, notice differently, question what may have become familiar, and reconnect with your own wisdom and choice.

Whether you are navigating growth, change, complexity, relationships, visibility, confidence, career transitions or simply wondering “Is this really how I want to lead?” — we begin where you are. And together, we explore what might become possible from there.

Who this is for

This work is for leaders and professionals navigating the many dimensions of the corporate world:

  • Stepping into leadership or preparing for your next role
  • Navigating career growth, transitions or changing expectations
  • Leading teams through change, ambiguity or uncertainty
  • Working through team dynamics, conflict and relationships
  • Managing stakeholders, influence and organisational complexity
  • Building confidence, visibility and leadership presence
  • Navigating difficult conversations, feedback and performance
  • Delegating, empowering and developing others
  • Managing pressure, boundaries and competing priorities
  • Leading across cultures, functions or geographies
  • Finding your voice in important conversations and senior forums
  • Exploring what your next chapter could look like

Or simply because you have reached a point where you want to pause, reflect and become more intentional about the leader you are becoming.

What we might explore

  • What you are doing — and who you are being while you do it
  • The person behind the role, title and expectations
  • The stories and beliefs shaping how you see yourself as a leader
  • The meaning you make of situations — and how that shapes your response
  • The patterns you fall into when you feel pressure, uncertainty or the need to prove yourself
  • The gap between your intention and the impact you create
  • How you want to be experienced by the people you lead and work with
  • Where you are leading from habit, and where you are leading from choice
  • What you are holding onto — and what you may be ready to let go of
  • The tension between who you are and who you think you need to be
  • Creating space between what happens and how you respond
  • Moving from simply doing leadership to embodying the leader you want to be
  • What becomes possible when your leadership feels more grounded, authentic and fully yours
  • Who you are becoming through the way you lead

Coming Home to Yourself

Life Coaching for Individuals

Sometimes life takes us so far into expectations, responsibilities and other people’s definitions of who we should be that we lose touch with ourselves. Coming home isn’t about becoming someone new. It is about remembering what is already there. A space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, listen to what matters, and find your own way forward.

You might be here because you’re…

  • Managing big emotions — anxiety, anger, or a heaviness you can’t quite name — and want tools to hold it without it running your life
  • Burnt out or running on empty — doing everything “right” but feeling exhausted, resentful, or numb
  • Navigating a friendship or family dynamic, or learning to set a boundary without guilt
  • Trying to get back to work after a career break, a layoff, raising kids, or an illness
  • A new mom finding your footing in an identity that changed overnight
  • Working on confidence and self-worth — tired of shrinking or waiting to feel “ready”
  • Facing a major decision and stuck in your own head trying to get it “right”
  • Chasing a goal that keeps slipping, or searching for direction or purpose
  • In a life-stage shift — an empty nest, retirement, a milestone birthday, a health scare
  • Just wanting company while you figure it out — not therapy, not a five-step plan

What sessions focus on

  • Naming what’s really going on beneath the surface — not just the symptom, but the story underneath it
  • Making space for emotion without being run by it
  • Identifying your actual values, then aligning daily choices with them
  • Rewriting the narrative you’re telling yourself about what’s possible at this age, in this body, after this setback
  • Building the self-trust to make decisions without needing certainty first
  • Leaving every session with one clear, doable next step

Less about finding the right answer. More about finding your answer—and losing the questions that no longer serve you well.

Learning to Fly

Teenage & Young Adults Coaching

Growing up is not always a straight line. There is a space between who you have been and who you are becoming — where questions about identity, friendships, family, education, career, independence and the future can all arrive at once. Sometimes there is pressure to know what you want before you have had the chance to discover it.

Learning to fly isn’t about having the answers. It is about discovering your own wings — and learning to trust them. A space to slow down, talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore who you are becoming — without judgement, comparison, or someone telling you who you should be.

first session a year later

Who this is for

You might be here because you’re…

  • Feeling overwhelmed — by school, college, exams, expectations, relationships, or simply everything happening at once
  • Trying to figure yourself out — your identity, interests, values, strengths, and what genuinely matters to you
  • Struggling with confidence — comparing yourself with others and wondering if you are good enough
  • Finding it difficult to fit in — wanting to belong while also wanting to be yourself
  • Navigating friendships and relationships — changing friendships, conflict, rejection, loneliness, or figuring out what healthy relationships look like
  • Dealing with big emotions — anxiety, anger, sadness, frustration, pressure, or emotions that sometimes feel difficult to understand or express
  • Feeling pressure to perform — in academics, sport, activities, appearances, or life — and wondering whether you are enough beyond your achievements
  • Navigating family expectations — wanting greater independence while still wanting to feel understood and connected
  • Struggling with perfectionism or self-doubt — feeling you have to get things right, avoid mistakes, or constantly prove yourself
  • At a crossroads — choosing subjects, universities, a career direction, or wondering what you actually want your future to look like
  • Beginning adult life — navigating independence, work, relationships, money, choices, and the uncertainty that comes with making your own way
  • Questioning your direction — wondering, “Is this really what I want?” or “What do I want next?”
  • Simply wanting someone to talk to — someone who will listen without immediately trying to fix, judge, lecture, or tell you what to do

What we might explore

  • Who you are beneath the expectations — Understanding the stories, beliefs and expectations that have shaped how you see yourself — and making space for your own voice.
  • Getting to know yourself — Exploring your values, strengths, emotions, interests and aspirations as they evolve.
  • Finding your voice — Learning to distinguish between “This is what I want” and “This is what I am expected to want.”
  • Building self-trust — Becoming more comfortable making choices, speaking up, setting boundaries, and trusting yourself even when you don’t have complete certainty.
  • Making space for emotions — Understanding what your emotions might be telling you, rather than judging them, suppressing them, or allowing them to take over.
  • Moving beyond comparison — Finding a relationship with yourself that isn’t constantly measured against classmates, friends, siblings, social media, or someone else’s timeline.
  • Exploring the future — Making choices about education, career and life from curiosity and self-awareness — rather than only from pressure, fear, or expectations.
  • Taking your next step — You don’t need to have your whole life figured out. Sometimes clarity begins with one honest conversation and one step worth taking.

You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going. You’re still discovering who you are. Learning to fly is not about following someone else’s map. It is about discovering your own direction—and trusting yourself enough to take flight.
